Our Lemon & Lime Twist blend is a crisp, energising brew perfect for drinking all year round. Just as the name suggests, punchy lemon and lime add a satisfying citrus twist to our full-flavoured black tea blend.
This blend is made with the finest African teas, infused with real lemon and lime pieces and our special lemon and lime flavouring, creating a zingy and zesty brew
Suitable as a soothing afternoon drink and making iced tea.
Preparation
Water
The quality of water used has an impact on the quality of the tea. Always use freshly drawn water or filtered water. Heat water to the recommended temperature using an electric hot water heater or a stovetop kettle.
Temperature
Heat fresh water to a rolling boil or to a temperature of 100°C.
Infusion Time
Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately over the teabag. Keep the teapot covered to retain heat. Time steeping carefully and infuse for 3-5 minutes. When the tea is done steeping, immediately remove the tea and lightly stir.
Best served without milk. Try serving as iced for a crisp and refreshing experience.
